Since 1985, Molly Sargent has been in human resources consulting with an emphasis in sales and sales management training and coaching. She is also an experienced and successful sales representative and sales manager. Among the companies she has worked with, she includes Aetna, American Express, AT&T, Cadbury, Citibank, Chase, Computer Associates, Dell, General Electric, MasterCard, Microsoft, Oxford, Pepsi, Pfizer, and Union Carbide. Her earliest sales and training experience was in the software development arena where she worked as a sales representative, trainer and consultant with OEM, VAR, distributor, retail and corporate accounts. Her responsibilities have included sales, sales management, curriculum and course design, meeting facilitation, and executive and front-line employee training, as well as strategic consulting and project management.
She earned her Bachelors degree and a teaching certificate from Penn State University, and spent two years working as a teacher at the Center for English as a Second Language. She has earned numerous Certifications and Master Certifications in training. In an interesting early application of her teaching skills, Molly worked as a software technical trainer with Andrew Tobias, a renowned financial writer and author of Managing Your Money, the first financial management software for personal computers.Molly has had the unique privilege of having worked with seven authors in her career, including: Andrew Tobias, Ken Dychwald (Age Wave) and Bill Byham (DDI).
Molly is married with two children and lives by the water in Connecticut.

She is a member of the New York Chapter of NAFE, as well as the Healthcare Business Women’s Association (Mid-Atlantic/ New England chapters).
Lora and her husband divide their time between their residences near the Harbor in Boston MA and in Bergen County NJ.

Toddy Turrentine
Relationship Manager and Consultant
Since graduating from the Yale School of Management, Toddy has worked in the field of marketing, presentations and training. She draws from 30 years of experience as a coach, consultant, course designer, facilitator, sales representative and product/program manager in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors.
Among her professional positions, Toddy worked in marketing and planning for Chemical Bank and at Citytrust. She also was Director of Marketing for a communications consulting firm, where she sold and developed highly customized presentation skills programs for Fortune 100 clients, among others. In the not-for-profit sector, Toddy was a staff member of a high-visibility Senatorial campaign where she managed high-dollar events and donor cultivation.
In recent years, Toddy has provided career development services to MBA students at Yale as well as to undergraduates and graduates from other schools. Toddy serves her town of New Canaan, CT as an Inland Wetlands Commissioner, and has provided development, grant-making and strategic planning advice to multiple public and private sector boards and committees.
She lives with her husband and two college-age children, and loves reading and tennis.

Lela Reynolds has 25 years of experience facilitating, consulting and coaching in corporate environments – large and small -- affecting rapid and widespread organizational change. She draws on her extensive experience in talent development and organizational transformation to produce customized solutions, particularly in leadership and professional development programs, one-on-one coaching, cross-function/multi-level organizational change interventions, and executive retreats.
Lela has worked in global and domestic organizations across industries and sectors including Oppenheimer and Company, JP Morgan Chase, Manufacturers Hanover, Credit Lyonnais, Citigroup, Empire BlueCross Blue Shield, and New York State Government.
At Bucknell University, Lela earned a B.A. in Linguistics, and studied the Romance Languages and Japanese. She earned an Ed. M. in Counseling Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University; a certification in Training and Development from NYU; and a certificate in Organizational Development from the William Alanson White Institute.
Lela has been an active volunteer for 16 years at the Ronald McDonald House of New York, a home-away-from-home for pediatric cancer patients and their families. She lives in northern New Jersey with her husband. In their downtime, they frequent Berkshire County, Massachusetts and Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Patricia Cook Bannen, MBA

With deep experience in financial services, professional services and healthcare organizations, Patricia trains, coaches and mentors executives and front-line personnel in business success skills including internal and external client management skills, negotiation, and sales support. Her background includes serving as a Senior Treasury Analyst at NovaCare, Inc., as an Investment Officer for the Treasury Department at Wachovia, and as a Treasury Management Consultant for numerous major corporations.
Patricia earned her MBA in Finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia, her BA in International Studies and Economics from American University in Washington, DC, and a certificate from the European Economic Community Program in Brussels, Belgium. She is a former member of the Philadelphia Treasury Management Association where she served as a Chairperson for the Treasury Initiatives Conference, and as a Co-chairperson for the Sponsorship Committee.
She lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband and two sons, and is an active volunteer in her community’s youth programs.

Valerie B. Carey

Valerie Carey brings 25 years of combined experience in sales and sales management, as well as human capital consulting to her client engagements. She specializes in the areas of sales and service effectiveness, leadership development, coaching, and all areas of learning and development. As a consultant, she has spent the majority of her career working for consulting firms such as Arthur Andersen and BearingPoint, but she also has industry experience with Fortune 100 companies that include American Greetings and Fort Howard Paper Company.
In fact, Valerie has worked extensively with global organizations across industries, including Merrill Lynch, Gartner Inc., HIP Healthcare Plans, Pfizer, Bank of America, AETNA, Cargill Inc., State Farm Insurance, Citigroup, Lord & Taylor, and McGraw Hill. Valerie’s extensive facilitation and instructional design experience ranges from traditional workshop and “shelf” product design, to the development of virtual/blended learning solutions. She is a Master Trainer and has numerous training certifications. She has designed, developed, and implemented customized solutions, including a wide range of assessments, comprehensive communication and presentation tools, coaching clinics, and sales training.
Valerie holds a degree in Psychology and an Advanced Certificate in eLearning and Instructional Design. She has been an active faculty member with New York University for over 17 years. Valerie lives in Ridgefield, CT with her husband and three children.

Carol Davidson, AICI, CIP
Professional Image
As one of only 25 Certified Image Professionals (AICI, CIP) in the New York area, Carol teaches others how to use their visual identity to influence the image they project. She has helped hundreds of men and women tackle their careers and personal lives with confidence and enthusiasm. For several years, Carol managed a Personal Shopping team at Macy’s By Appointment in New York City, and served as Corporate Sales Director. She conducted on-site corporate seminars as part of the Macy’s By Appointment Business Smart Program educating corporate clients about appropriate business casual wear. And she worked on store events, fashion shows and TV makeover shows.
Carol is an instructor in the Image Consulting Certificate Program at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) where she co-developed their first on-line image course. She is President of the New York Tri-State chapter of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), where she previously served as the VP of Membership. Carol has also contributed her time and talents as a volunteer for Dress for Success (www.dressforsuccess.org), a non-profit organization that helps low income women make tailored transitions into the workforce and Gilda’s Club NYC (www.gildasclubnyc.org), a non-profit organization that provides emotional support and educational workshops for people living with cancer.
Carol resides in New York City, where she works, plays and shops.

Colette de Jounge

Colette has over 20 years of experience in international marketing, product development, strategic planning, corporate training and education. She has worked around the world as a marketing and sales consultant at the executive level of many Fortune 500 accounts, including Procter & Gamble, Kellogg’s and Kraft. As a Mexico City-based sales leader and project manager for a major brand-strategy consulting firm, Colette helped companies, teams and individuals to better position themselves and their messages in that market.
In an interesting sideline to her international work, Colette became known as a Cross-cultural Consultant on Mexican business culture and U.S. social customs. As such, she trained U.S. and Canadian corporate executives on how to conduct business effectively in Mexico, speaking on such topics as negotiating techniques, networking, relationship building, and protocol. She also prepared Spanish-speaking executives and their spouses to live and work in the U.S. Colette earned a Masters of Education in Teaching and Learning from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, She graduated with High Honors from Denison University in Ohio with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. And she was a Vail Arts Scholar, a University Scholar and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Colette is an active volunteer, at one time working with Creating Pride, a not-for-profit organization serving inner-city schools in Chicago.
Colette is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and studies Swedish in support of her husband’s heritage. She has lived in Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, Chicago and Norwalk, Connecticut, and she currently lives in Virginia with her husband and three children.

Megan Doubet

For over 15 years, Megan has worked with clients – large and small -- across many industries to provide training and consulting on topics such as leadership, coaching, performance management, team building, customer service, and strategic and interpersonal communications. Toward that end, she designs and customizes training solutions to meet client needs; coaches executives and front-line personnel, particularly those in sales and sales management; facilitates team meetings for sales and marketing groups; and delivers training and development programs at every employee level.
Megan has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, Kaiser Permanente, Levi Strauss & Co, Marriott International, National Semiconductor Corporation, Phelps Dodge, Riverbed Technologies, Synopsys, Toyota, Wells Fargo Bank and Yahoo. Prior to working as a Human Capital consultant, Megan worked in retail sales and store management for an internationally recognized brand. She holds a BS in Business Management and Marketing from Boston College, and has earned an impressive roster of Master Trainer certifications in training and development, and in assessment technologies, including several well-known competency and personality type indicators.
When she is not traveling to meet clients, Megan divides her time between San Francisco and the Jersey shore.

Scott Jerald specializes in training corporations and private individuals on the foundations and specifics of business and personal etiquette. His expertise is derived from his education at both the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and his tenure at the U.S. State Department Office of Protocol. Among his international and national consulting experience he includes corporate board rooms of Fortune 10 companies, two presidential administrations, U.S. Ambassadors, Heads of State and Foreign Dignitaries.

A. Sasha Lawer Noonan

Since 1980, Sasha has worked on the front lines in sales, marketing and management positions. She has trained, coached and mentored hundreds of professionals in effective sales, and in personal and professional presentation skills. Her career began in magazine advertising sales. Sasha quickly rose to become Advertising Director, then Publisher, and finally, Management Director. As both an in-house manager and paid consultant, Sasha worked with every level of personnel within her clients’ corporate structures to ensure that the brand message and image were consistently upheld. This included message development, communication strategy, field sales effectiveness and sales management competence. Sasha has been a frequent industry speaker on topics ranging from product positioning to sales skills and strategies.
Sasha is a graduate of Rutgers College with graduate work in communications at UCLA. Before becoming an independent consultant and contributing magazine editor, Sasha worked at House Beautiful, Country Living, and launched Victoria Magazine among other special publications. She also oversaw the development of multi-media corporate sales as Hearst’s Corporate Manager.
Sasha is married with 3 children and lives in New Canaan, Connecticut.

John is a senior consultant with over 20 years experience in financial services, including selling and delivering customized learning solutions to some of the biggest banks and investment firms in the US. He has held professional positions with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and Piper Jaffray, in Municipal Investment Banking, Aetna Life and Casualty where he was a Strategic Planner and Manager in the International Financial Services unit, and National Westminster Bank, where he worked in the Derivative Products group. Among the clients he has Alliance Bernstein, Dresdner Bank, and Morgan Stanley.
John is an experienced manager of people and processes, an accomplished curriculum designer and learning specialist, and a successful business development officer. He has impeccable presentation skills and classroom and webinar delivery skills. He is also instrumental in negotiating contracts, and resolving issues related to banking, accounting, personnel and tax. He brings with him experience in business strategies, including derivatives, commodities, equity and debt.
He earned two degrees from Harvard, his Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Public Policy, along with a Master’s in American Studies from the University of Minnesota. He has earned the FINRA Series 7 and 63 designations. John and his wife have four children, plenty of unusual cats, and live on the Connecticut coast.

Diana Maguire, MIS

As a seasoned marketer of derivative products with a proven track record in business development, Diana understands what it takes to succeed as a sales professional and as a team leader. Starting in the early ‘80’s, she began her career in banking at Chase Investment Bank, spending five years in the Paris branch where she planned and implemented a marketing strategy for a portfolio of accounts that doubled annual income, increased ROA and maintained portfolio quality. Later, as Vice President of Marketing at AIG-FP, she was responsible for origination, development, and execution of derivative and structured financial transactions for all of the firm’s customer groups. Her role helped the company grow to $1 billion in revenue, 150 employees, and become a highly profitable operation.
Throughout her career, Diana has served in mentoring and training roles that helped attract, develop and retain diverse talent for her organizations. She continues that role as a Senior Consultant at Professional Impressions Consulting. She received her MA in International Economics, International Organization and Western European Studies from Johns Hopkins University, and her Bachelors in International Studies and French from Towson State University. She sits on the board of Clean Air Cool Planet, and works on a part-time basis for Americares. She is fluent in French and Italian.
Diana lives in Connecticut with her husband and five children.

She was a manager in the IBM Executive Briefing Center in New York, working with Fortune 500 companies to develop plans and strategies to leverage technology for competitive advantage.
Mary has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and is certified in Executive and Organizational coaching from New York University. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
She and her husband have two daughters and live in Ridgefield, Connecticut.

There she earned consistently high customer satisfaction ratings for managing 20 of Scudder’s largest and most prestigious clients, including Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution and Non-Qualified up to 13,000 participants and plan assets up to $350 million.
Andrea graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s in Political Science. She holds a certificate in Security Analysis from New York Institute of Finance in New York City. And she earned her Series 7 and 63. She is an avid tennis player and sailor, and resides in Darien, Connecticut with her husband and two children.
